How Many Hours This Summer?

Sorry if there's another thread for this somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Thought it might be interesting for people to note how many hours they've put on their boats over the summer. I'd like to know if my families usage is average or above/below average.. we winterized today, so we're officially done for the year, and from the weekend before memorial until our last trip out on Labor Day was: 63.7 hours

I realize this only counts while the engine is running, but if there was a way to count hours anchored in a cove, I bet those hours would be double that at least

We picked up our new to us 22Ve this July and sadly we out about 3 hours on her. Just 1 trip out. Originally I had agreed to go without a wakeboard this year since we purchased a different home and went through a Major renovation before selling the other house and moving. I convinced my lovely wife to use some of the equity so we could have a boat without a payment this time. Long story short, we stumbled upon some other issues with the house and have now remodeled the basement which was not supposed to happen. Hopefully I am the only one with 3 hours on this season. The last year's we were generally between 40-60 hours.

130 since picking her up end of May! Roughly 4 months, hoping to get a couple more trips before snow starts flying!

Not exactly sure but it was under 15 hours this year. Pretty sad. I was alot busier this year than the last few and it seemed like every time we actually got to the lake it rained all weekend. Hoping next year is a little better.

Wee got 55 hours since beginning of August. Closed season last weekend.

61 hours so far . My son and I both got wetsuits so we should be able to make it through December. Next year we should rack up a lot more hours, since the boat will not be in the shop and we will not be taking a month long vacation

Awesome thread! - I have been wondering the same thing. I'm shocked at how many hours we put on the boat this year considering we had a baby in May - can't say enough about my wife for putting up with me...

Only about 85 so far....but I still have another month or two. I have to get 100. I'm planning on both snowboarding and boating the week of Thanksgiving.

Also, how many of y'all are "just keep her running" types who never really turn off your boat when you pick up or switch riders? I have a buddy that I sometimes go out with, and he will put on about 6-7hrs while I put on about 5 hours and I know for a fact that we are towing more than he is. He just keeps his boat running all the time when he picks up and switches out riders. Different strokes I guess, but I prefer the silence of not having the boat on...and it keeps my hours down.

86.5 hours since taking delivery June 7th. Been an amazing summer!! Put her in winter storage yesterday. Time to get out the snowboard gear
