      I have been learning to kite surf. It has a steep learning curve but that looks like it could open up a whole new realm of fun.

          They have technical specs on their page. The drone can lift maximum 18Kg. This is enough to pull the boarder, but the battery would not last more than couple minutes with full thrust. I am suhe they used multiple batteries during this video.

            My son builds and flies FPV quads (folks in the industry hate the word "drone" due to its military implications). With modern LiPo batteries they can have amazing peak thrust but it's definitely not going to last more than a couple of minutes, even with one as large as this. A cute video but the inboard industry is not threatened!

              I'd rather have an autopilot system on my Tige' so I could surf alone during the week.
              If I'm not surfing, I'm making money to surf.
