Need some help. Have 2001 tige 21i. When I give boat throttle the engine revs up but seems like the prob slips and doesn't move for min then it catches and does fine. It happens all time when pulling for jus cruising. Sometimes even when in part throttle to full throttle is does same thing.

What is your transmission fluid level... Check for leaks... could have a bad O-ring causing the slip... Need to check the trans when it is warm. Sound like low fluid and if it just started doing it you probably have a leak coming from there.
