FWIW, we started with an angle like that on our 24Ve, but a seasoned pro surfer then suggested we add ballast to the aft offside. The result was a much longer, stronger wave that was just as tall. Now, optically, our onside looks like yours but our offside usually has the swim platform a couple of inches below the surface. I bring this up because it also lessens the angle, which makes folks in the boat more comfortable.
More comfort, and a better wave - what's not to like? Give it a try and report back!

I think what matters more, though, is the relative balance between the two sides. Our fill/drain pumps are much faster than our crosspumps, so when we're ballasting up and crosspumping for speed the onside sac ends up with some residual, which is where my estimate of 15-20% comes from. It just happens that the amounts work out nicely.
