Got a question for some of the electronics guru's out there.
My dealer is in the process of updated my old switch panel on my 21v to rocker switches. I sent the dealer my switch board but now they are hesitant to change it over to rockres because they aren't sure the rockers will work without the circuit board that the current switches are attached to (see pic)

I searched and found an old thread where someone updated to rocker's and they said they would update with a parts list but thats been several years ago so its a pretty old thread.
To go from these switches to rockers what besides the rocker switches would be needed? Resistors, etc? Also, the original idea was to wire the new switches into the gray harness adapter on the end so it would plug and play back into the boat but if this is going to cause too much of a head ache we might need to scrap that idea.
