It looks like you talked with Harvey at Tige on Aug 4. Have they called to follow up on your complaint or see if it has been resolved. I agree with the other guys that say don't pay a dime. You have sacrificed a whole summer trying to work with them. In my eyes they should be compensating you in some way. I wouldn't settle for anything less than a full refund or an equally equipped 2015 at no extra charge. If you say list price difference is $7000 it is probably less for Tige. I don't think it is too much to ask for a lost summer of boating. I would get the ball rolling with some kind of legal action because if you wait to long you may not be in a working boat come next spring. Just my 2 cents..Originally posted by Tomp View PostI called Harvey at Tige and he was not aware of the problems I was having, he said he will call skipper buds and offer anything they need.
He looked up my vin and told me it was an early 2014, maybe it has the rusty plugged fuel tank pick up also from sitting 7 months before prepping??

Thanks everyone for the comments and advise.
The Tige rep called me yesterday to follow up on my troubles with the boat and we had a nice conversation and I think he was understanding to my situation.
Afterward I sent an email to both the dealer and the rep with what I think is a fair resolution to all party's. I hope to hear back next week and hopefully we can work something out to make up for my lost season and make me a happy Tige owner!!
Again I think the issues I've had are isolated to this particular boat and motor and should not cause anyone else concern with there boat or discourage someone from buying a Tige, my goal is to continue to be a Tige owner but that depends on what Tige and my dealer can do for me?
Thanks
