Update:

Rooms are all reserved, all 12 of them! There are still 4 cabins which are basic square boxes with no bathrooms, however I'm sure between the 12 rooms, you could find a hot shower and crapper without using the "public" facilities. We have 3 rooms with kitchens as well if people need to make some food or wash some dishes.

YEAH BUDDY! Let's start brainstorming what to bring... I think Bad05 is the definite Honorary Commander/President of this meet up... Thanks for helping get this trip going... Some Cornhole sets and badmitton for the beach maybe? Frisbees and footballs... this is going to be EPIC... Can't wait... Maybe someone can teach me how to get my boat wake surfable.. have not been able to get it right.. think I just need more weight in the boat... everytime I ditch the rope i lose momentum though... Sucks cuz I'm a goofy rider though so I have to ride either switch or backside for the good side of the wake..

I have plenty of spare sacs to help sink you boat! I'm sure with the people in attendance we can figure it out, I am not familiar with your edition though so suggestions will have to some from others. Have you searched the forums for similar threads? If not, throw on up and you'll be amazed what you will learn before the reunion!

I have looked into it a little.. I would load it up with some phat sacs if I had the extra money! Problem is I always like the expensive stuff!

Yeah, we use tiki torches or pvc pipes but its the same thing. Bottle goes on top and you throw the frisbee at it.

Not to distract too much....but here are some pics from the first annual reunion in 2006:

We did that on November 11th. That was just too late in the year. After about 45 days of nothing but sunshine and calm days, the weather broke on November 9th for some clouds, cold and a steady breeze.

Big news to come regarding the Reunion......waiting on final confirmation before I can post actual details, sorry! Also received another box of Swag, thanks D&P for the help hounding vendors! If anyone else is able to reach out last minute and get some donations, it's all greatly appreciated. If anyone has last minute questions, please give me a call or PM me. The current list of attendees will be posted later today, I'll try and compile over lunch. Only 3 weeks and in that time there is a final EWT stop in TX and following the Reunion we have World Surf Finals right here in Las Vegas then the EWT Main Event in Reno the weekend after that! Talk about and end to the summer!!

In the past, there was one day with the actual "reunion", lunch provided, raffle drawing, etc., and the other days were simply meeting up and hanging out. Not sure which day will be what, though. Probably either Sat or Sun will be the lunch and stuff. Maybe John has more details.
