Beautiful boat, this was the first time we got a good look at one, they are VERY big inside, I was surprised.

Wake???
Got a question for you Tige veterans. I'm new to the Tige brand and just started exploring them as a possible option for future boat purchase.
It seems like most people on here are into surfing and from what I can tell the surf wake looks amazing behind these boats (especially Z3)
My question is about the wakeboard wake. I do enjoy surfing but spend an equal amount of time wakeboarding. I have spent a good amount of time riding behind a SAN 210 and a Malibu Vlx. I really like a properly weighted Malibu Vlx wakeboard wake. How does the Tige Wakeboard wake compare (RZ2, Z3 or new 2013 Z1)???
I know wake is a personal preference but just looking for some opinions from Tige owners who enjoy both surfing and wakeboarding equally.
Thanks for the input... appreciate it.

Nice vid!
Retrofit, one boat at a time. Hmmm. It makes sense to just install on new boats for awhile to drive upgrade sales. I would guess it be a long time to never for Tige to reach back past 2012.
At 7:42, what is that under the Tige platform on the left of the screen? It is so low I assume it is just another swim platform flipped upside down to show the smooth bottom.

Thanks, I think they were just storing the extra deck there, after putting the vx and deck on the Z1.
My guess, is that if they build the vx for say the 2012 models, then as long as the brackets work on 2010 or 2011, it will be allowed to purchase for those also. I just have no idea how far back these decks will fit on easily. I am pretty sure they should just bolt on to 2012, not sure about 2011.http://wake9.com/

The 210 and VLX are 2 different wakes, the 210 is more peak and launches easyer, the VLX is just like the Tige more wrampy and better transition from side to side , easyer on the knees .Originally posted by klntime View PostGot a question for you Tige veterans. It's not the RZR weighs 3500 lbs as far as I know... I have no idea how it dropped from 3498 to 3100 randomlyOriginally posted by Batty View Postdoes anyone know the weight of the new Z1.....going from the Tige site it is 1100lbs heavier than an RZR....which seems a lot andonly couple of hundred lbs less than a Z3.
Cheers

I asked this question to Tony at Tige as we had a 2012 RZR and the 2013 RZR just changed to 3100lbs. He said that they changed the weighing method to be weighed without the tower and a few other things as there was a lake in Florida that could only allow 20ft boats under 3200lbs. So Tige changed the way they weigh the RZR. In the automotive industry that wouldnt work as being legit, but then again there are standards with cars where the boating industry has minimal if any standardsOriginally posted by JreisRZR View PostIt's not the RZR weighs 3500 lbs as far as I know...
