Lets get one thing straight.

I bought a boat for one purpose. The purpose was to intervene with 4 boys and a small handful of other adolescent kids. Three of the boys did not have Dads worthy of their time.

The ONLY purpose for my attendance on this board is because I bought a Tige and I reap incredible amounts of information maintaining and upgrading my small craft.

The ONLY people/person that I truly care what they say or think of me is the opinions of 4 boys and 4 other part time adolescent attendees who needed time and attention. Not Nick, Terminator, Moneypity, Gecome74.......

I could give a GD what anybody else thinks about me personally because your opinion does not determine nor define who I am or my purpose here.

Just because Dom Forte can piss me off to no end with his right wing political rhetoric, and scared BS to such and extent that I could hate him for 10 life times.
He is a good man , a honest, a loyal, a kind heart , and a damn good mechanic , an incredible farther and husband, and a great boat dealer for Tige.
And at the end of the day, if Dom thinks I'm a F'n retard, that's ok with me. It won't change my opinion or judgement of him because his character is how I judge him.
Though I won't take my boat to Fortes for service, I would never slander him personally or his business. Here in lies the difference between myself and handful of adult children on this forum.

It takes a great deal of maturity to agree to disagree, and it take a greater amount of maturity to not engage when you get agitated by view points or lame rib jabs.

Can the NOBODY haters understand this or is this over your head???

Next stop is waiting for one of the boys to return from airforce duty so we can............(you guessed it), have a wake reunion party.

This is what TIGE is all about.

Its not the love of the boat, its the love of our friends and family on the boat.

I'll be sure to post photo's in the future to give you guys a reminder what owning a ski boat is about, and that threads like Nick's have absolutely no usefulness and do not belong here.

And lastly to our absent moderator who needs to look out for the Tige brand, not peer acceptance and keep this community light hearted.

Nobody, i would agree with houston shark, exile audio makes excellent equipment, temps on lake mead can reach 115 degrees and i have never had an amp shut down.

I think its sad that it has come to this level, I believe everyone on this forum comes here to share, help, learn and enjoy the Tige experinece.

To Nobody dont buy a MC for the wrong reasons, if you want one thats fine, if its because of a forum problem its not, this is not a comercial but hands down with years of experence they are no comparison in any way shape or form, as this being a plea to Nobody I have nothing to gain here because Nobody never purchased a boat from my dealership , nor was it ever serviced here, he has only been here a hand full of times since 2007 when he bought his boat from Wetsounds, I have always helped when he needed it and if he is offended by my sons comments so be it , my son sez it like it is , if you move on to the MC forum please try to be less sarcastic and just state things as you see it and mabe they will respect you, but remmember you earn respect not demend it.

This has more do to the fact that they are not generating any where near their advertised wattage and less to do with any sort of build quality. 50% of the current draw is lost to heat due to the inefficacy of Class-A/B amp. So a Class-A/B actually putting out a 1000W RMS @ 2 ohm for example, with the same amount on heat sink mass, would probably reach its designed thermal limit and shut off. As stated, this is a design feature, and not an indication of a weak or poorly designed amp. in 99% of the cases, an amp going into thermal shut down is a result of external factors, not internal. Heres a simple test, physics and ohms law prevent an amp from delivering more wattage them the amp fusing will allow in current draw through them. Remember, amps do not "make" wattage, they convert it from battery amperage. The power supply can only pull current up to the sum of the amps fusing. This is all the battery power the amp has to work with. Bottom line, there is no magic at work in any manufacturers amps. They can only draw X amount of current, thus only convert it to Y amount of wattage, with the rest being lost to heat, depending on its topology.
