    huge thanks to ACME Propellers

ACME was kind enough to donate a new propeller as a raffle prize for the Lake Mead Tigeowners reunion in the fall, and I was the lucky winner. Todd at ACME was great to deal with - he made the whole thing really easy. After discussing our current setup and anticipated use, we decided to go with a 1631. Just received it today. Can't wait to run this in the spring. Our stock 537 has worked well for us, but I'm sure this will be a step up when running on more heavily ballasted days. (I should note that we don't really load down like others do - normally no more than 2K or so. Therefore, we didn't feel the need to go with a more extreme prop.)

I love a shiny new prop. Thanks again to ACME!

best upgrade I made on the last boat as an acme prop. got rid of the growl that the prior prop was notorious for..

it looks soooo shiney and pretty.
