New upholstery color opinions needed

TJ posted a pic over on WW of an MC interior. It had silver and white carbon fiber. It also had a good looking grey that was pleated. I'm leaning towards that now. I wish I could Photoshop mine so i could see the carbon fiber look but I think it'd look awesome. My phone won't pull the pic up or I would post them

I'd stay away from black in places that face up towards the sun where you would be tempted to sit if you can avoid it.

I hope you are so confused right now that you need to take a break from looking at interiors. During that break Bryce, you need to order some new registration stickers!

Those pictures suck! Lol thanks for posting them up and that 3rd pic is where you can see the carbon fiber look in the silver and white that I'm going to try to mimick. I'm done deciding colors til I get back home from Nebraska when I get home I will peel those stickers off so I have to get new ones go ahead and send the pink ones cuz I was leaning towards those anyways

One more question, can they pleat (quilted look) the carbon fiber? The vinyl guy said probably not since his kind runs at an angle already if that makes since. Surely it would look fine tho

You definitely could but it might suck for the upholsterer to line up the weave to match the diamond shaped top stitching. It may not even be noticeable though if they didn't line up. If you were worried about it, maybe order a small sample of that vinyl and have him see up a test panel.

No, and I don't think I would do it. You want some different textures to go along with the different colors in the boat. I'd maybe look at a more traditional vinyl for the inserts of all the seats with one or maybe 2 other colors/textures for everything else. Remember, you can add an additional accent with the color of the top stitching.

Ok guys, Im pretty close to picking out everything for the interior design. What would it look like if I only had 2 colors, but 4 different vinyls. So the silver carbon fiber and its matching color without the carbon fiber that would be pleated. Then the white carbon fiber and its match white vinyl that would also be pleated when used. The white would have silver stitching, and the silver would have black stitching. Still wanting to do away with the lines so one solid pleated vinyl on the rear ski locker, and on top of engine. on the side panels where the blue and green lines are, I would want to turn those two pieces into just one piece with silver pleated vinyl since the rest of the side panel would be white carbon fiber. White pleated vinyl under the glove box and the seat back to the left of that. In the bow, the very front cushion would be pleated silver vinyl, and the bow filler cushion Im going to make would be a pleated white vinyl. On the sides of the bow seats, where the blue and green is, I want to do that pleated white vinyl too. I think it would look great but its hard to say til I see it done. Hopefully I can get a few yes's so I can go ahead with this project Honest opinions would be awesome before I pull the trigger on it. Sorry for being so indecisive and dragging this out

Man I feel your pain. There are too many options! And it's not like you want to drop another 2k next year to change.
I think 2 colors is great, a more simple elegant look, with the carbon spicing it up. I think you could be happy with that.

I personally would want a little more color, but what you have I think will look good.
