Thanks! They will tell you 4 weeks but I received mine a week before they it were scheduled to be cut. I would expect 2-3 weeks.

Sorry, I am no help on this. I would play it safe and order their template packet, trace your areas, and send back for custom cutting. That way you are certain it will fit the way you want.
