Really - 360 horse doesn't mean it tows well. Glad to see Tige getting some press. My ESV tows 8100 pounds with air bags and a 6.2L - 700 lbs difference in tow ratings????

Even the older Grand Cherokees have great tow ratings. My 02 hauled my 20V many miles without issues. I also towed my brothers 23 ft Maristar which was over 6500 lbs wet to Arkansas a few times and it handled the job well. The downside of the Grand Cherokee is there is not enough room for gear on a long trip.

Go sit in a new cherokee, you will be blown away. The new models are 20 times (and that might be low balling it) better than the previous model years.

I can't believe how nice the new Grand Cherokee's are, I was shocked when I sat in my friend's when he first got it. He got the Overland edition. They really stepped up their game over the prior model year!

I have looked them over and like them. Mine has plenty of miles left and my Tahoe LT only has 37k miles on it so it will be sometime before I take on payments.

I just saw the commercial last might and recognizied the boat. It belongs to my dealer in reno.

It is a '07 RZ4 and it is for sale. Called him up after seeing the commercial. He said a advertising company came to them paid the dealer to use it. It was done at Donner Lake, Ca just west of Reno about 5 weeks ago

Something i noticed about the commercial, The transom tiedowns are already on and it is coming out of the water. lol

Jeep also has a 3.0L diesel coming out in 2013 in the Grand Cherokee.
