I just pulled my RZ2 out of a lake after 3 weeks, the bottom has a nasty brownish tan haze that won't budge when I try to get it off...

Read this thread, you'll need to use a hull cleaner, wiped own sprays won't cut it.

I've always put a coat of polish with PTEF on the hull in the beginning of the season to help prevent this.Comment

We have had luck with snobol toilet bowel cleaner, just make sure to wax afterwards!Comment

We boat mostly in the intra-coastal waterway which is dark brown brackish water and I battle tea staining all of the time. I keep the Mary Kates on hand and spray wipe and rinse as needed. This stuff is very strong, so protection is needed, don't inhale it.
