It's unfortunate your dealer is addressing this issue in a manor that is unsatisfactory to your expectations. I know that as far as factory support Tigé is second to none. They ship as quickly as can be expected and if it's a defect due to manufacturers defect or workmanship they have always met my expectations as a service manager for a Tigé dealership.
I would speak to the service manager at the dealership (not the sales person)directly and clearly state how this has affected your time on the lake and enjoyment of your brand new Tigé.

I offered to buy accesories from them and they where way!!!!!! over priced on those items too. I guess they just do not have to even be close to get business. they quoted me 829.00 on a acme 537..... which you can buy anywhere for under 600 i bought it for 515 from another local prop guy
