I'm sure they are.The carpet is glued in.The floor on a 08 is probably smooth whereas the snap in carpet has a textured fiberglass floor.

The floor is not "finished" under the carpet. I think you would have a heck of a time if you ripped out the carpet and you were expecting a nice shiny, smooth surface to put a snap-in carpet on.

I Think 2009 for the PCM.Before that i think PCM was a option and Marine Power was std.That's what i had in my 2007 and it's very reliable too.
