not really. It means that your insurance pays for your damages and the other driver's pays for theirs. Is only in regards to who's insurances pays and doesnt have anything to do with be at fault and getting written for a traffic violation. A lot of states are no-fault.Originally posted by Joeprunc View PostKentucky is a no fault state...? WTF!! Found out KY no fault was in regards to medical coverage. My insurance would have to cover MY MEDICAL injuies. The person at fault in this case insurance pays for my comprehensive boat damage. However; his GICO insurance was only up to 50,000 dollars. My truck is totaled at 25,000. Waiting for the results of the boat. I hope it is totaled so I do not have to deal with the repair nightmares. I think it needs a new hull. Is this something Tige deals with 0r sends a new hull to a repair company or does Tige repair at their plant? More to follow.Nick

Low limits is the trade off for states require some sort of coverage. Also, the insurance Co's would fight that because thats an selling point for having the higher limits and adding on Un/Underinsurance.Originally posted by Timmy!
