Do those R20 towers fold? if that is the break I see in the pictures it looks to be quite a bit higher than the windshield

See the knob at the bottom of the towers front arm.That unscrews and it rotates backwards on the rear arm.

I am thinking this is the new windshield delete model..along with the ski tow behind the rear seat.
