Replacement dash face plates

I have a 2003 22i and wanted to replace the dash face plates, which appear a bit "worn-out". Checked with the local Tige dealer who informed me that he couldn't get them. Anyone know of a source/solution to making the dash look like "new" again?

got a picture of what you need? They had a few different gauge set ups.
