What makes it a better seat than the other one? Looks, comfort, functionality, etc..?

Just curious - I have never sat in one.

It's all about comfort, such as keeping your back nice and dry and not sweaty and sticking to a vynil backed seat on those roasting summer days. "Ditto on the trunks," the air is just a flowin all around to keep you comfy. It also is one of my favorite features in my tige' I was a little reluctant to spend the extra coin on the upgrade when ordering, but as others have said, I am so glad I did.

All of the above! The mesh forms to your body, provides a little bit of spring action while you are driving and to top it off, it lets your trunks dry faster. You have to sit in one to really appreciate it but it is hands down the most comfortable captains chair in a wakeboat!
