The pic with that wave.....were you in the boat when that wave was made? Do you know what kind of weight was in the boat to produce that wave? I'm very interested!!

That's marketing 101 and I'm surprised more salemen don't understand that... and I'm not even a salesman.Originally posted by Shamus View PostI stopped a salesman mid sentence and said "sell me your brand, don't just bad mouth all the others".
Lucky you! I just bought an old '99 21V 3 months ago and I already want to upgrade to an Rsomething

Nice choices. That Z1 is pretty sweet but the RZR will be great too. I can't wait to see one in the water. It would be cool to see the difference in the RZR and the 20V or the A20. Its like the iPad, its magical. You'll have to post pics of the build if you get any and also the color combo you are going to order. This is what my color combo would be for an RZR:

I would agree....the RZR is the better choice. Keep up posted with suspense updates please....it brings a lot of excitement to the forum.

AWESOME! That surf wave looks pretty nice! I got to check out the RZR at my local dealer (your dealer and mine were competing to see who could get theirs first) and I was blown away at how much room there is in it for a 20' boat! Congrats on the new ride!

Ordered my RZR
Spent my day on saturday at Hyperactive watersports in Calgary...about 2 months ago I decided I was going to upgrade my 03 21i to "something". I looked at a lot of different boats, malibu, supereme, mb sports and even some mastercrafts. I had a trade in so I had to work that into the equation. There is good things to be said about all boats, and as far as I am concerned if your out on the water...its a good day. I have ridden behind most brands and I can't really say that I didn't like any of them.
The dealers on the other hand were a little bit of a different story...I got very tired of hear the answer to most of my questions being "it's a Malibu". Several occasions I stopped a salesman mid sentence and said "sell me your brand, don't just bad mouth all the others". Its funny, many salseman don't realize that a person has been riding for many years behind a lot of different boats and probably know more about them than they do. This was only a couple salses guys, and says nothing against the brand, so I took most of it with a grain of salt.
After all my research, dealing and looking it was an easy decision to stay with Tige'. Just a few props to the guys at Hyperactive for never once trying any pressure sales or anything along those lines. Just professionals that have a great product to sell. So staying with Tige' was an easy decision but trying to decide between an RZR and a Z1 on the other hand was one of the hardest (but best) decisions I have made in a long time
.
I had my decision narrowed down to 2 choices...a 2010 Z1 with a nice load, the colours I like and surf ballast. They had some really nice price incentives on this on as well.

They also had the new RZR in.

After spending the day with the boats and the guys I have decided to order a new RZR! There may be a little less room in the RZR as opposed to the Z1 but its pretty close, and Tige has done an incredible job on this boat. It is awesome! I am not going to post any numbers up but I can say that I am very happy with my deal.
So now I have to pick out my colours and wait for spring
IT'S GOING TO BE A LOOOOOOONG WINTER!
