Is that a custom swimstep covering? Looks great.

Looks like it goes closer to the edge and does not have the fiberglass strip down the middle. I'd love that. More than once I've had people slip on the fiberglass on the swimstep of my '05 24V.

No, it's not custom. It is a standard 2010 feature - Seadek pad on the swim platform.

Larry did a mono port last year for me as I did not want to put a dummy port in. We put a quick release on it and it works great.

Surf-related product suggestion for Wake9:

I always use the bolster on our seat. And at the end of a day of towing, my a$$ always hurts from the thin padding on the bolster and the continual lean. I usually use an extra neoprene vest folded over and wadded in the corner of the seat but it is just not good enough.

So, I would buy (in a heart beat) a molded foam piece that fit over the bolster bar and was sloped so as to provide level seating under surf ballast. You could simply turn the molded piece around depending on which side you were surfing.

Depending on various factors (length and width of bolster bar, distance to the seat back, and curvature of the seat back), one could probably come up with a design that fits several seats.


If anyone knows of an existing product, pleasepleaseplease let me know.

That looks much better than I thought it would. That red tower really pops with the black bimini. That is the way to do it.
