I bought a 2000 2300V and finally figured out how to set up the Metcraft Bimini. The previous owner said he never used it in the 3 years he had the boat and didn’t know its condition even.
I have a question for those that are familiar with this vintage setup. Can you roll it up and trailer it with the longer poles horizontal as it deploys or do I need to completely disconnect it and put them on the mounting points on front tower legs. That’s how it was when I got it. I’ve attached a pic of it open and the way it was mounted and stored when I bought it.
