Bolts for tower

I have a 2005 22V with a tige tower and the thread on the bolts are getting wore down. Does anyone know where I can buy new tower bolts?

Which bolts? I just solved this similar issue a couple weeks ago.

I need both bolts. Where the tower hinges and where the tower support goes. THe threads are getting worn down. So do you just have someone machine you new bolts then?

A fastener supply place should have the stainless steel hardware you need. For the joint above the windshield, you need a 1.75 x 3/8 x 16 NCT and for the uprights, you need 1 x 3/8 x 16 NCT stainless steel allen headed bolts. You will need a washer for under each bolt over the windshield, and they will probably need to be ground down to reduce their diameter in order to fit in the hole.

Are these the ratcheting bolts? I have a set from my old
E series tower.

I went by a bolt supply place and those bolt you told me to get are not going to work. Is there any way I can get the bolts from tige or a dealer? Attached is a pic of the bolts i need.

Ok, I know where the short ones go, and a bushing could be fab'd and slid over a std bolt. But I cant picture where the long one with he shoulder goes could you post a pic where it goes, that may help me come up with some idea.

The long bolt is for the joint above the windshield.

I've contacted Tige about the long bolt that is needed for the joint close to the fiberglass. I have no bolt there. Any idea where to get one?

Can you post a pic of where the missing bolt goes as well as a pic of the whole tower? This will really help up to help you.

FYI..when you get the new bolts try putting some Loc-tite on the threads. It will stop them from from vibrating loose.
