Hello, I am new to both Tigé boats and this forum. I recently purchased a 2018 RZX3 with 140 hours on it. I’m reaching out to see if the issue we’re experiencing is a normal tendency and inherent to a V-drive or if I truly have an issue.
When sitting in the water at idle, the amount of effort to turn the steering wheel both to the left and right is easy and consistent. However, the faster the boat is moving the more difficult it is to turn to the left. Turning to the right is always easy. At 20mph my wife actually has difficulty turning the steering wheel to the left.
I’ve taken it to the dealership three times and they are saying that this is normal. Is this true?
Thanks,
Martin Kosar
