We're having an issue with our Surf system. It stopped activating the plates in surf mode. We have a 2017 RZR. Went into dealer settings and was able to do the Surf Demo and was able to activate the plates properly. However, in the Dealer Settings there's an option called AdaptivX. It was disabled. I enabled it and it instantly said there was a Fault. I'm guessing this is why we're having issues on the water. It has a Check mark for the Port side and am X for the starboard side. We recently had our house battery die on us while surfing. The battery combiner went out so it went dead a few times until we figured out the issue. Could this have possibly caused an issue with the Surf System? If so, would flashing the software and doing an update be a good thing to do? When the AdaptivX system shows a fault it has an option to clear it. Then when I enable it again it says it has a fault again. Looking for some suggestions as well as how to update the software. The AdaptivX (AVX) was the hull extension offered on the earlier Tige boats before Taps3. In the AVX mode both actuators should be extending and retracting at the same time instead or independently while in the surf mode. You want the AVX disabled if you have TAPS3 although the error that it's giving you is pointing to a bad actuator. Try swapping the plugs for the actuators and see if the error code changes to the other side.
