No Power to the Ignition Switch

I have a 2005 24V with marine power 5.7. went to start it for first time this year and have no power to the Ignition switch. There are 4 terminals on the back of the ignition switch and checked all of them because I wasn't sure which was the constant hot.

Does anyone know where the ignition switch gets power from so I can start working my way back downstream?

I'm desperate because I am heading to the lake for a week for the 4th July and trying to figure it out.

I have power to the positive bus bar under the dash and the panel switches work for blower, lights etc.

The fuse isn't tripped on the main wire from battery to the engine harness.

I opened the electrical box on the top of the engine where the start relay is and there is no power to that relay. Not sure if that's normal. The red breaker button on the side is pushed in and doesn't appear tripped.

There is no fuse between the battery and the starter and there is power to the starter terminal.

Battery is good at 12.6 v.

I did put a new HO alternator in the off season but.only needed to upgrade the wire from the alternator to the starter. I didn't mess with the wire harness.
