How to oxidized rubber from swim platform

Took our '08 22ve out for the lake for the first real, fun, outing, and came up with something I've never had to deal with before. The neoprene (?) rubber on the swim deck is printing onto our skin (foot soles, hands, back of thighs, etc.), and then transferring to the interior of the boat as we touch stuff.

How do I get this taken care of in the short term? I'm sure that the long term is R&R the rubber, but what should I use in the mean time?

TIA, and have a good one,
    Mike

Well, that was a lot simpler than I thought it would be. After doing a LOT of googling, asking fellow boat owners, etc., I got the crazy idea of using a strong concentration of Dawn dishwashing detergent (it's a degreaser, rubber is an oil-based product), what could go wrong? So I got a cheap scrubbing brush and got to work. I wet everything down, let it soak for about 5 minutes, and started scrubbing. This is after the first pass on the right side, the left side hasn't been cleaned yet.

After a good 15 minutes of scrubbing, When I rinsed it off, the rinse water looked like black ink. The 2nd time it was much, MUCH, cleaner. We'll see how it goes next weekend.

    Y'all have a good one,
    Mike
