Is this normal / OK?

I have a new 2023 Z1 and I’m learning my way around the boat. I was looking around behind the battery compartment and saw this (see photo). It is the underside of the bottom corner of the port side bow seat. Looks like broken or falling apart fiberglass, but on closer examination looks like a patchwork of fiberglass layers…just never made flush. Is this normal? Does it matter?

The only problem with it is you know it's there. Nothing abnormal from the photo but if the gelcoat topside looks bad then its up to you.
