    Need help identifying hose

Hello, was trying to change impeller before the first trip and broke a hose. 02 Tige 21v. Hose connects to the Y on the exhaust on the passager side and to something on the driver side(not sure what it is). Has 2 quick connect fittings on the plastic part of the hose in the middle. Pics of where it is coming from and of the hose.

It is part of the three point drain system. With your engine serial number a Mercruiser dealer can get another one.

The small hose connections go to the engine block drains, one on each side of the motor. The specific Mercruiser part number for that stupid piece is 22-864450 but is no longer available. However, you can eliminate that dumb drain system and it's plastic components completely, here's how:
      - remove the 2 hoses, one from each side of the engine block that was connected to the broken piece in your photos (they're quick disconnects at the block drains as well).
      - remove the block drain adapters and replace with 1/4" NPT BRASS pipe plug, one on each side.
      - source a minimum PVC schedule 80 or equivalent adapters in brass, bronze or stainless steel in 1" OD and cut to the same length as the Mercruiser broken adapter.
      - install your fabricated piece, reconnect the water hoses and replace the hose clamps.
      - run the engine to check for leaks.

If you want the mercruiser plastic piece without the adapters it is PN 22-864989A01 and costs $108. You'll still need to replace the block drain hoses with the 1/4"npt plugs but you'll have a factory piece of plastic that cost you a bunch in place of the distribution piece.
Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...
