What size are the set screws. Need to replace them

I noticed mine does not have the water line. My boat is a 2008 RZ2. I thought all PSS have a water line to lubricant?

Nope. If yours doesn't have it you just compress the face seal approximately an inch down the shaft to compress the boot and set it.

Usually if you just take the outer set screw and flip flop it with the inner set screw you're good to go for a while

Hi guys
U would love to see some photos of your shaft seals as they sound different to the one on my boat.
I believe mine is just a crush seal with two huge nuts they squash the seal.

That's a flax style packing.

OPs is a carbon seal.
