Ecm/ecu re-install

Recently had the limp mode issue return on my 2006 24V. Dealer recommend sending the ecu back to marine power for a re-flash.
Just got it back and installed and now the boat will crank but not fire. Is there a specific procedure for getting the ecu to “re-learn”.
Up at the cabin tearing my hair out!!!

There is no re-learn following a re-installation of the ECU. Unfortunately, sounds like they didn't do their job correctly.
