Ballast question

New to me 2018 RZR
when filling ballast tanks water starts pumping out at 70% full?
they do end up getting to 100% just curious why that would happen before they are at 100%.
Also
any tips on dialing in a good surf wake without adding additional weight would be appreciated.

You just need to adjust the fill-time in settings. The percentage is based on time not actual fill level of the bags.
