Looking at buying a 21V

Looking at buying this boat. The dealership said $14,000. Fair price?

They haven’t responded to my email about accessories yet (ballast bags, perfect pass, skies, etc) so I’m gonna assume it’s bare bones stock.

Any specific problem areas to look out for? I’ve heard these boats have issues with vapor locking.

That's about the best price you're gonna find for a V-drive imo. We have a 2001 21V. It's had small issues here and there, but for a 20 year old boat that surfs great really can't complain.
