I do not want to assume what type of charger you are using, so I cannot say it can or cannot be plugged in and left.
It's the one that is already with the boat on the RZX3. There is an outlet in the back of the boat to plug a extension in and charge the battery. I will call the dealer to check if I can leave that plugged in all winter.
