My iPhone is no longer connecting to the Tige touch screen (‘18 RZX2). The “Tige Black Label” shows up under the Bluetooth menu on the phone, but it never successfully pairs. And my phone shows up on the Tige screen when I tap “scan for new devices.” It just will not pair. My wife’s iPhone pairs just fine, no problems.

Mine does weird stuff with pairing, sometimes, and I know we have different screens and software. My Harley does the same kind of stuff. For the boat, usually turning the battery switch off, and back on will resolve it. I haven’t messed enough with them to see if you can delete devices, and start from scratch, but that’s what I’ve had to do with my bike. I do feel your pain, regardless.

I'm guessing you need a software update. Check which software is currently on your boat in the settings menu and then call you local dealer to confirm it is the most updated one.Comment
