Looks like our houseboat spot has changed. We will be in Padre Bay, Cookie Jar Canyon. It looks like we will have wind for a couple of days? Bummer. I hope the canyon will give us some protection for the butter.

I'll get to hear that new stereo then? Ryan just did a wetsounds setup in a friend of a friends new MB F23 Tomcat and I guess it sounds killer, I'll check that out this weekend at Empire.

Why the change? to get out of the wind? Cookie Jar canyon is not too bad, but expect there to be a lot of wallies in there. It seems like it might offer wind protection, but depends on which way it comes from. At least there were when I went there. Give me a full report when you get back.

Bad wind is horrible at powell, you get tossed around like a bath toy. Makes you realize of insignificant you are compared to the grand size of that lake.

Ditto, We ended up driving to last chance 2 of the days great water just wish the cove we ended up using had better beaches or a beach at all lol.
