I love it. Custom shaft bend too?? I stoked them out and called SEF direct and got it for less than 300$. They had been paying the middle man markup.

You can straighten them can't you? I bent one on my centurion we had and the WSPS straightened it for me for $150. I'm pretty sure all they did was put a big pipe wrench on it and bend it back. Oh well. It worked and I didn't have to buy a new one.

I've "straightened" a couple in the press. They are never true again in my experience. The trick is to just get em straight enough to kill vibration. Still ends up wearing the cutlass bearings prematurely in my experience. A new strut is only 270$ if you skip the middle men and go straight to the sources (SEF or MH). If I'm already pulling the strut and scraping 5200/LifeSeal and re-installing I'd rather just use a new part. Just my .02
