Taps 3 Not Function

Hey Guys,

I have a 2016 R21 and it appears that TAPS3 Plates are not functioning. I pulled the boat out of the water and changing the surf settings does not move the plates at all. The center taps plate appears to function normally. Wondering if anyone has experience troubleshooting these or know what might cause this issue?

The surf plates don't move till the boat is up to surf speed. If you want to test them on the trailer you need to go into Demo Mode on the screen.

I almost forgot, when you say demo mode is that in the dealer mode? I think it needs a code to get in. Is that posted as well?
