Check Engine Lights Flash When Under Load

2013 Z1 with PCM check engine lights flash, alarm goes off and RPMs drop after a few minutes of surfing at 3000rpm. Goes off after 5-10 seconds in neutral.
Doesn’t happen while cruising at 4000rpm.
Would it have to be an engine problem, such as a weak coil, or could the transmission be over heating.
Doesn’t seem to do it as much with less weight.
Everything on the boat is stock.

The red triangle? If so I would check your oil level. Could be a little low.
    Oh Yeah!

Didn’t realize it had an oil level sensor. Looks like oil maybe a hair low. Will try it this weekend and update.

          Adding oil didn’t help.
I will see if it stored a code.

It had stored a code for the exhaust manifold overheating.
You could hear bubbles in the hoses.
Checked the strainer and tightened it’s connections.
            Replaced impeller.
            Didn’t help.
Ended up being the Circulating Pump.
It would keep the engine cool but not the exhaust manifolds.
They would heat up at the same time.
