very delicately i assume, i tow my 22Ve with a 08 silverado, and it pulls good!!! I let my gf borrow my truck to take out of town to the mountains with some of her friends so i had to borrow my brothers truck to tow the boat and he has a 2009 F-250 V10, my silverado pulls my boat great... but that V10 was in a whole other league!!!

The F-150 does great. I have the FX4 package which has slightly different gearing than the regular F-150. I have only been short distance to the lake, but up hills and it pulls without a problem.

What gear?

My 05 XLT has the 3:73 gear highest you can go. Tows great but real trucks rattle so im in the market for a 250/350

You have the same as mine, 3.73. My friend has the 3.55 and it doesn't seem to do as well. I agree that if you are towing long distances the 250/350 are much better. My drive is only about 10 min to the lake.

First time post as a member. Thought I would put in a pick of my 06 22Ve that I just got this spring. Stripped her naked of all the decals with the exception of the TIGE on the stern. Pulled by my 03 GMC Duramax running a full BANKS BIG HOSS system. You don't even know there is a boat behind you with this set up. If you run with big toys you better be running with a big truck. Looking forward to joining in on the fun of the forums...
