I have an '05 24V, I promise you will never regret having a big boat! We love ours, even when there is only 2 or 3 of us in there.

We used to use Tapps alot till my prop found the bottom of the Lake. I have scoped the lake out enough this winter to know where not to go now. It is a great lake early or late in the day but in the afternoon it is too much of a zoo for me.
I hear ya on the property taxes, we looked at a house on the lake (repo) and the taxes were the deal breaker.
