    Bimini Top Search

    I have a 2008 22ve and I'm needing to purchase a bimini top. any suggestions/ideas. I plan on going to the St Louis boat show in February - does anyone know if there will be any vendors there with displays? I can't wait to see the 2010 boats.

    I have an Adlee Covers Boats bimini and boat cover. They are both sure high quality. They look great too. the are black on the outsides, greyin the middle with a white stripe going down the center.
    2001 Tige 21V Fresh Air Exhaust, ballast, loud stereo, blue v drive, ACME 1235 prop Kneeboarding, Surfing, and having fun!

        I had a custom one made. I really like it and it was cheaper then a factory one.

          majestic, does it have quick release pins to remove it quickly so the tower can be lowered?

            It sure does! Takes 1 to 2 minutes up or down and 1 minute to snap it completely off.

            The realese button is hidden in this picture

            The front is a thumbscrew

              Thanks, guess I'll have to get one ordered this week. I requested a quote from the a couple days ago and it sounds like the pricing may go up in a week or so.

                Majestic--did you have a factory bimini before? Either I am pretty stupid, or the factory one is a nightmare?

                Did these guys make this for you sight unseen?

                    I just read the step by step instructions, and managed to do it in a reasonably civil manner. It is in perfect shape, I almost have to use it until its not perfect anymore. But man you are right, it is an amazing mess!

                      I'd also vote for custom. Find a small shop where the guy really cares and you'll get a masterpiece that is perfectly fitted to your boat.

                        I ended up getting the Cargo Top from Monster. If your towing a lot of miles it may not be the best option, but I was able to pull it 65mph so long as I strapped down the back end of it.
