I have 2008 marine power 340. How many drain plugs should there be and where are they. Is there anything else i need to drain?

Like DaBell said, there are 2 in the block, one on each side, and they are the knock sensors. They have a single blue wire connector. There are also a drain plug in each exhaust manifold that will need pulled. There is also a drain plug in the bottom of the trans cooler, but it's too hard to f' with, just loosen the clamp on the hose and pull the hose. ok, semi confused. 2007 24ve with MP 340.
I found the drains for the exhaust mainfolds, unscrewed them, some water came out. Easy.
Next to them were what I thought to be "knock sensors" with the blue wire. (From memory here as I did this a month ago and the boat is inside a 60degree cave) I tried to unscrew but just the blue wire came off--I thought the whole thing would come out of the block. But id didn't, or I don't understand what to do. I must be missing something.
Also, it seemed like the hose for the top of the raw water pump was really difficult to get to since the engine is facing "backwards". How to get to it?
Of course I don't have pictures--just read and was looking for words of wisdom

The knock sensors are screwed into the blocks water jackets. The connectors need to be unplugged first, then use a wrench to pull the sensors. They are not plugs like what is in the manifolds. I'll go take a pick of Wailthing's 22Ve, since it's right hear at the house getting a ballast system done. Most of the water will actually drain from the V-drive out through the pickup scoop each time the boat is pulled from the water, but the trans cooler lays low in the bilge. Not that I can remember, but i'll look. In the mean time, the cooler should be located kinda below the engine's oil filter. It will have 2 power steering looking hydraulic hoses running to it from the transmission. Then there will be an apx 1-1/4" dia. raw water hose attached on each end. One comes from the V-dive cooler and the other exits and goes to the inlet (bottom) of the raw water impeller housing. Just fallow the hose of the bottom of the impeller housing back into the bilge (toward the bow of the boat) you could find the cooler about 18" or so back.
