hahaha, I live 15 minutes away from Folsom Lake.

What area? My mother-in-law lives a couple blocks from Dyke 8. We keep the boat out in Rocklin though, so we have been going to Granite Bay lately. What part of the lake do you usually hit up? We have been staying over between Granite Bay and Beales.

Lately we have been right agains the dam by Dyke 8. Head out of the launch ramp at Dyke 8 and right right over towards the Marina. hahaha, we've been boating on the same lake but opposite sides of it.

We are debating on Folsom on Sunday also. It all depends upon my son (9 years old) if he feels comfortable after Saturday. Plan to do some grass training with him and his wakeboard. If he doesn't feel comfortable, then it's the river.

We get him into the bindings and boards, put his arse on the ground with the handle in his hand, and pull him up. That way he feels comfortable on the board and when he is up, he can turn the board without the faceplant that would have come if he caught an edge on water.

You can't verify if it is my boat.. The only picture we took that even remotely looks like my boat is when it was on dry land... But again, SPBFan can vouch for me.

The water was way too cold anyways. But, you and your wife are more than welcome to return to NorCal and we will go out anytime that you are available.
