Not sure on the cost, but both chpthril and spbfan (members on here) are ACME dealers. Send either a private message.

Does the 1235 affect the top end at all?

Yes. You will lose 2 or 3 MPH on the top. Also you will notice about a increase of about 200 RPMS when you are in the mid range.

But this is all worth it for the low end you gain. I can have 2500# of ballast in for surfing and we use way less full than we did with the 537. Plus I can turn.

Thanks Turbo! Good to know, we are to multi sport oriented to loose top end speed. I am always looking for a little more speed during the barefoot runs.

I only lost 1 mph. I lost more with the FAE. I would say this, I would do the 1235 even if I wasn't surfing. Just the way it handles empty was enough for me to spend the 500 bones. You won't be dissapointed.

Guys, I can get the ACME 1235 this month for $450.00 plus freight. I was able to just negotiate that. Let me know if you want one. This is an expensive prop usally around 550.00-600.00. We have until the end of August.

Oh come on where was this 4 weeks ago? It was still worth the $520.00 you sold it to me for!

Got to test out the 1235 this weekend. AWESOME well worth the extra money. Fully loaded and it was able to handle like the boat was empty.
