That is exactly why I got one. I have a lot of trees in the yard and even with the cover on I would get crap in the boat. And that forced me to have to cover it when it was wet to keep the trash out. It would take forever for it to dry and I would always have to deal with molding and related odors. Now I don't stress out if the boat gets wet, such as downpours/thunderstorms while we are out, water over the bow. It is a big stress reliever to know that I can just back it in there and leave it uncovered to dry.Originally posted by TRD View PostWhen I bought my boat it always stayed wet, that is why I bought a shelter. I will try and get a pic this wkend. Looks very nice!
Thanks for the comment.I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

Looks good, and TALL. Will the vynil sides come farther down? Did get it through Carolina Carports or someone similar?
I have since the last post installed the shade tarps I got from Memphis Net & Twine and the boat has been uncovered in the port for well over 3 weeks now; and the best thing about it is, I haven't worried one bit about leaves or rain or anything else getting in the boat. What a relief. "And I bet everything is nice and dry."I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

I finally got to put the boat under it's new shed this weekend...I finished up Friday by hauling and spreading 10 tons of gravel. I had it built so I can fully enclose in the future, but it would have to be put it on grade. It's 14' wide by 30' deep and has a 10.5' opening that clears the tower easily.
