the mileage is horrible. That is my only complaint. Albeit a pretty big one.

Yeah, Ford can't seem to figure out this Regen thing and keep the mileage somewhat respectable.
All 3 are suffering from the new emmissions crap, but nothing like the 6.4's. I was gonna offer you a tip about the air dam's, but looks like you have the new one. The early 6.4's had a smaller air dam and were getting 1-2 mpg's less than the newer ones. They changed to a substantially larger air dam, that improved alot (although still crappy). I still haven't heard why it improved things, but I have my theory surrounding air rushing over the hot pipe of the twins.Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.

I went to Powell last year from Denver and we took 2 '09's, a F250 and and F350 and the best either of them got was low 9's on the highway and that was going down the hills. I will say that we were pretty loaded down with 5 people in each truck but towing a Malibu 247 (the F350), that truck should do better than the 8.0 mpg that we got most of the time! The F250 got identical mileage pulling a 25' Baja Outlaw.

Do a DPF delete. Mine is an 08 with the delete kit. It puts down 540 RWHP and gets 18 mpg. No BS. I pulled my Tige 21V about 400 miles the other weekend, tower up, dragging it 80mph and 85mph up and down hills, she still did 14mpg(I cut it no slack).
