2019 R23 Ballast draining issues

Any 2019 R23 owners having problems with their bow ballast no draining properly?

Sounds like the bag has settled over the opening of the drain pump inlet.

we just bought the same boat (R23 2019) and we are having problems filling up and draining the ballast. they take over 15 minutes to fill up and unload. I don't remember taking this long when we test drove this model.
any suggestions are appreciated.
