    Ballast completed and installed - Final Product

    I was gong to take pictures of the whole process, but I started moving fairly quickly, and didn't want to stop. So here is the final product:

    The thru hull intackes:


    Installed a new access panel for the vdrive. The oem one was a bit small:

                      What are these and can you cut them down? Looks like a recipe for an owie.



                      lemme know if you wanna go water test after spring break, would be happy to oblige. Did you do the install yourself? I'm thinking about doing something similar in my boat... might hit you up for some expertise.

                        Tell me about it! I was going to grab the dremel and take care of those today, but I decided to be a bum.

                            Nice job Hyphen Curious why you used that type of thru-hull? Don't those force water into the system or do the pumps not allow that?

                              I'm trying to figure out why you mounted the pumps upside down. I also dont see your vent lines running across the pump area. Did you decide to vent on the same side as each sac?
